Voice File Workflow - Providers can simply call our 1-800 number using either a telephone or mobile phone and begin dictating after entering password and ID information. After the dictation is complete hang-up and your dictation is encrypted and on its way to the routed transcriptionists or transcription pool.

Handheld Devices - Dictate while on the go. DTI offers support and integration with a wide variety of already existing devices as well as offering new solutions or upgrade suggestions. After the day's dictations are complete simply dock the handheld device or card into a PC.

Voice File Management - DTI's Web-Based “Reporting Utility” gives our clients the ability to view the process from start to finish of all of their dictation with a quick and easy reference map key.

Finished Product - Less than 24hrs later here we are at the finished “Product”. Whether you need to have your documents placed directly into an existing system, if you would like to download them directly from our site or we can work together with our support staff to create an individualized documentation management system.

Our 1-800 phone in system is constantly being upgraded with the newest in fiberoptic technology. It is available 24hrs 7 days a week with a constant 24hr monitoring staff. All files are encrypted and can only be unlocked using our transcription platform following the HIPAA guidelines.

DTI's system is one that is compatible with most digital voice capturing devices including Uher, Olympus, and Philips Digital Handhelds. There are also options of other devices including most PDAs as well as stationary dictating methods.

DTI's transcription platform works with ease and consistency keeping the clients needs in mind. Routing to specific transcriptionists if necessary can be done with a click of the button to ensure familiarity. Voice files are also encrypted.
