• Our medical transcriptionists receive a minimum of 3 months training before transcribing for our clients without the direct supervision of a Senior Transcriptionist.
• Documents are checked by the Quality Assurance Department before being returned to the client.
• Reference materials, dictionaries and in-house lists are incorporated into our system by our skilled IT programming team.
• Our in-house control and reporting staff monitors files and quality on a daily basis, resolving at an early point any issue or concern.
• Most importantly, we have a dedicated team from our Management team to our Quality Assurance Department who oversee all aspects of our medical transcription and have access to every process at all levels.
